Very good equipment. However, a lot of grammatical errors in the User Manual, making comprehension quite difficult. Plus, the increment in intensity on pressing the ON/OFF button was an accidental discovery. I think the User Guide should be rewritten to be more explicit and by someone who actually has a good command of English. Plus, there should be some form of way of replacing the gel pads or sth to be applied to rejuvenate the stickiness of the gel pads. It's a great device tho. I've used it for almost 1 month, and I'm seeing effects already on my biceps and triceps, for abs, it's still slow and steady. ????????
