It doesn't meet up what I bought it for

I bought it to use my laptop wirelesly. But when ever I connect it the sound sometimes will be cracking in my ears. Sometimes it will extremely good Sometimes poor so I right now I bought a wireless earphone. So I currently use it now only for my TV in my office and a Bluetooth speaker but for personal hearing editing videos you would want a high quality sound and this wouldn't give u
