I was away on the date of delivery, I asked someone to collect on my behalf. He collected without opening and when I returned from my journey, he delayed delivery. By the time I got the item, I opened it and it was broken into many pieces. When I called customer care, I was informed the return time has elapsed. No trust and integrity in online business in Nigeria, despite being a regular and buying it for someone who admired the one I earlier bought for myself.
