One ear having connector issues

The functionality is great, but after using it for a few months I started having issues with the left ear. When I put it in the case it does connect instantly and charge. I try to redo it multiple times and it won't still connect. Sometimes out of the blues it starts connecting again. I don't why this keeps happening. I have cleaned the connector with cotton bud and spirit, still no improvement. Also its hard to know what the battery level of the case it. It will be nice to have that feature like the older versions. Aside these issues the product is fantastic
