Doesn't look as great as the pictures

The Bluetooth keeps disconnecting automatically from my phone and laptop. You can't use it to take calls. The sound is ok, manageable considering the price. The product looks like smth that of it falls on the ground will scatter so handle with care. The battery lasts really long, but I can't say because I've not used up to a month. Overall it's a budget headset so I don't want to be too critical.
