How to use:
Before use, clean your skin, rinse thoroughly and towel dry, simply use mild pressure gently without forcing the roller into the skin.    Roll the rollers back and forth 4-5 times horizontally / vertically and diagonally in each direction in the direction you want to treat, while maintaining the same speed and pressure to create more microvessels.    Roll 5-6 times per area vertically, horizontally and diagonally,  After using the roller, it is best to clean it with  under running warm water  Air-dry.

Rolling frequency:
0.25mm: 3-5 times a week
0.5mm: 2-3 times a week
1.0 mm: once a week
1.5mm: once every two weeks if used lightly; once every 3-4 weeks if used more vigorously.

Instructions for use:
1. Clean hands and areas that need treatment.
