B. How to use it
The first time you use it, you need to connect to the APP for calibration. Once connected, the wristband will automatically synchronize the time, then turn on the phone to perform the following operations
1. Download the application to your phone.
Method 1. scan the QR code in the manual to directly scan the code to download
Second method.
1. User: search and download directly from the App Store
2. Android/Users: search and download directly from the Android app marketplace
2. Connect the application
First turn on the Bluetooth of the cell phone, then open the APP of the cell phone, find the wristband, click connect, the APP shows that the device is successfully connected (other cases: close the wristband and restart)
C. Instructions for use:
1. After successful pairing, the APP will automatically register the Bluetooth address of the bracelet. When the APP is open or running in the background, it will automatically search and connect to the wristband.
2. For Android phones, make sure to grant all permissions to the app for background operations and reading contact information during the setup process or on the phone system.
4. In the off state, press and hold the function key for more than 3 seconds to turn it on.
5. On the Bluetooth interface of the wristband, long press for about 2 seconds to turn off the wristband and short press to exit.
6. Restart the wristband. This will erase all data (such as steps) on the wristband
7. When the device is on, touch and hold the function key to turn on the display
8. The default watch page of the wristband, briefly press the function key to display different pages, the left screen has no default operation for 5 seconds
9. Change the three-in-one heart rate interface to start the test. After 60 seconds, the three-in-one interface will automatically turn off the screen.
10. Refer to the user manual to set up personal information and send applications (upcoming reminders, SMS reminders, other reminders).
