It’s doesn’t work properly at all

This is the second time I’m ordering it.. had to return the first one because it doesn’t work at all.. then this one works on the fabric they bought but doesn’t work on all other fabric.. it’s just sitting at home useless, didn’t return it coz I don’t have time.. it’s just complete waste of money..
