Empty casing

I just wasted money on a device that I expected would help me with my job, just to discover it was all a lie. At first, after charging it to 100%, I removed it from the power and started using it. This thing did not even do 1h The most painful part was when i tried charging it again, the charger got burned, where i kept it. When I have money, i get a new charger. The battery died with 78% charge. This is without using just keeping, you guys need to do better
