The product came in intact and function as expected - all keys working fine Although, the space given to hold the phone was too tight for my 6 inc screen. (I doubt it would fit 5 inc as well) Have figured other ways to hang it though - one by just placing it below the space given to hold the phone In general, am satisfied!
